central location modern room spacious bathroom friendly staff

the hotel is super central, close to everything i wanted to see. the room was modern and the ac worked perfectly, a real lifesaver! the bathroom was spacious with a modern shower, i really liked it. plus, the staff at the restaurant were unbelievably friendly and helpful .

The wifi was a little spotty at times. Hopefully, they can improve it.

several elevators operated efficiently between floors ensuring quick access to rooms, that was amazing! a luggage storage area allowed for convenient holding of bags before check-in and after checkout, useful. the hotel also provided umbrellas for rent.

the hotel restaurant provides a nice setting for meals with great food options. the bar on the second floor offers a spot for drinks and simple dining, it is so convinient! breakfast included a variety of choices, including soy and oat milk alternatives.

the reception staff were cute and professional offering early check-in. they responded quickly to emails before my reservation answering all questions, it was very reassuring. the cleaning service tidied the room daily and emptied bins, very nice.

the staff was very cute. they were helpful . the room had air conditioning, this was great. self service breakfast was available.

i found a bit of noise early morning. it sounded like activity next door. this noise occurred late at night too. the noise seemed to come from a recycling plant.

spacious room delicious breakfast excellent location key card phone issue service unavailability

the room was spacious. it had everything i needed. the breakfast tasted delicious. the location was excellent with tram stops nearby.

The key card did not work. the hotel staff had warned me about deactivation from my phone. but it still failed. I had to return to reception. i rang the bar for room service and no one picked up. the staff member was on her phone.

the location was GREAT i could easily walk to many attractions. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. my room was a standard twin room it was very nice and neat.

the bathroom was quite small it felt a bit cramped. the front desk staff seemed a little understaffed resulting in slower service sometimes

the location was central to many attractions. i was there for a concert, and the venue was just a short walk away. the staff was very friendly and helpful. i took advantage of bag hold at both the beginning and end of my stay. restaurants are plentiful around the area.
